Booking, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Emergencies happen, and sometimes you need to reschedule. Please see below for specific disclaimers and policies.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your training, please contact us immediately at: EMT@healthclass911.com. Students may reschedule their class at no additional charge when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, there is a $25 fee associated. Only one reschedule is permitted per registration. If you are unable to attend your rescheduled class, additional transfers, credits, or reschedules will not be provided.

Blended Learning Courses

For blended learning courses, the required online portion must be completed before attending the in-person skills session. If the online training has not been completed, the student will be required to reschedule, and the applicable rescheduling fee will apply.

Late Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.

Students arriving more than 5 minutes late may be required to reschedule to preserve the quality and integrity of the training. Applicable rescheduling fees may apply.

Missed ClassES

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please notify us before the class begins.

Students who fail to attend without prior notification will be considered a “no-show”. No-show registrations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class are eligible for a refund, less a $15 administrative processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy

Health Class 911 respects your privacy. All personal information collected during registration is used solely to process your enrollment, communicate with you regarding your class, issue certification documentation when applicable, and provide related customer service.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process certifications, comply with legal obligations, comply with State/ Federal warrants, or provide services directly related to your training.

By registering for any class offered by Health Class 911, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
